The Galion Oktoberfest Craft, Community, & Commercial vendor area is located on the main Midway! The area is open during ALL festival hours daily, rain or shine. Handmade Craft Vendors will need to bring their own pop-up tent(s) and set up their fantastic displays however they see fit. Single booth spaces are 10 ft x 10 ft, multiple booths are available. Electric can be included with your booth space (but is limited).

•  Craft – Vendor or family member makes at least 75% of items to be sold in booth. Resale of large amounts non-handcrafted goods not permitted.
• Community – Vendor lives or works in the Galion area and presents some kind of service to the community, such as non-profit, school organizations, boy or girl scouts, churches, colleges, and other community organizations.
• Commercial/MLM – Companies such as Tupperware, Avon, Watkins or vendors reselling items such as t-shirts, jewelry, clothes, toys, or companies that are handing out information about services, events, or recruiting people.

•  How are spaces assigned?
  Spaces are assigned by the committee in the order money and contract has been received.  If you are a returning vendor, you will receive priority
• When can I set up?
  Set up is Wednesday morning before the festival or Thursday from 8-10 AM. All vehicles MUST be off the streets by 10 AM. Vendors should have booth ready to serve by11:00 AM Thursday.
• What are the hours of the festival?
  Festival hours are 11-11 Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  We ask the vendors in Craft, Community, and Commercial Area stay open entirely during festival hours. RAIN OR SHINE!!! We ask you to make plans for someone to always be in your booth during these hours.
• When can I tear down?
  DUE TO PEDESTRIAN SAFETY ISSUES, YOU CANNOT BRING VEHICLES ONTO THE MIDWAY UNTIL AFTER 11:30 PM EACH NIGHT. If you must move products/materials before these times, you must hand push a cart or hand carry items to your vehicle off the festival grounds.
